London Billiards tournament in aid of Lebanon

Lebanon United, an organisation established in London in the wake of the Israeli bombings on Lebanon last summer, is hosting a billiards tournament this Sunday [25 March] to raise money for the reconstruction of a healthcare centre in Beirut.
Lebanon United has so far raised over £75,000 (~$150,000) for humanitarian relief efforts in Lebanon. They have done this through a variety of initiatives including sales of slogan t-shirts, wrist bands and pins, an competitive events including poker & pub quiz nights, a football tournament and hikes and runs.
The clinic this latest event will be raising money for will be rebuilt by the International Medical Corps UK, a global humanitarian organisation saving and rebuilding lives through health care, training and community development. The IMC is currently saving and rebuilding lives in over 20 countries, including Sudan & Iraq.
